Shipping & Return

Shipping:

All artworks sold on Artate Art are dispatched directly from the artist and very occasionally from a gallery. We use professional carriers such as DHL, UPS as well as fine art handling companies.

The carrier selected will depend on the artwork’s origin, the shipping destination and any special packaging/handling requirements.

Once we have verified your order and payment details, we will process your shipping.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout prior to purchase. 

Additional delivery costs may occur due to the size and the weight of the artwork.

All applicable customs fees are paid by the customer upon delivery. The carrier will contact you directly about any additional customs fees.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can prepare for its arrival.

How Long Will Shipping Take?

All artworks generally ship within 7 business days of your completed order. See below for estimated delivery times once the artwork leaves our shipping facility.

 *Shipping time will vary depending on buyer’s location and the delivery times above are provided for reference and cannot be guaranteed. Packages can sometimes take longer to be delivered, especially during busy Holiday seasons.

 Return:

To return an artwork, please follow the following guidelines:

Repackage the artwork in its original condition using the original packaging materials used by the artist.

If you have already disposed of the original packaging, you will be responsible for purchasing packaging materials and sending the artwork back to the artist safely.

Arrange to send the packaged artwork directly back to the artist using a traceable shipping method.

Email all shipping details including tracking number to info@artate.co

Please note that the customer is responsible for returning the print in its original packaging.

Damaged, dirty or torn prints will not be accepted. If you have any further enquiries regarding our Return Policy please contact us.

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Any taxes, duties or any charges occurred when the products were delivered to you cannot be refunded by Artate. However, you may be able to claim those costs back by contacting your local customs directly.
